Britain has voted to leave the European Union, and the negotiation of new trade agreements will be a key area of focus for the wine and spirits industries.
Edrington says it sees ‘significant opportunities’ in the US for brands such as The Macallan and Brugal Extra Dry rum, as it takes over distribution of its brands from Remy Cointreau USA from 2014.
